“General terms and conditions

  • No reservation is considered accepted until confirmed by phone or email and passenger has been issued with the reference number
  • All bookings made via passenger app or through our website are not confirmed until reviewed by our operators. If we cannot accommodate the booking for any reason, we will contact you within 12 hours.
  • Hourly bookings are limited to 20 miles per hour, within London.
  • Additional mileage charge will be applied depending on the vehicle booked, and for out of London journeys
  • There will be additional charges if the passenger has to make a stop during journey which was not in the original booking(minimum £25) or any other diversion on the way.
  • ALL PRICES SHOWN ON WEB AND APP ARE SUBJECT TO AIRPORT DROP OFF CHARGE OR PARKING FEE APPLIED WHERE APPLICABLE
  • General Pickups:
  • If we pick up from any UK address the driver will wait up to 30 minutes after the time booking was made for, if we were unable to contact passenger (ringing the door bell and calling the contact phone number), we will release the driver and the passenger will be responsible for full cost.
  • If customer is late and request to wait, waiting time will be charged 5 £ per minute.

** Heathrow Airport Pickups **

  • Your driver will meet you inside the airport terminal’s arrival hall. 45 minutes of waiting time (from your flight’s arrival) is included in the price. After this period, waiting charges will apply ( 5 £ per minute).
  • We’ll monitor your flight and adjust your pickup time in case of delays or early arrivals.
  • For bookings made after one hour from the flight’s landing time, there will be a free waiting time of up to 15 minutes. After this period, waiting charges will apply (5 £ per minute).
  • Pickup Points:
  • Heathrow Terminal 2 – In front of WHSmith (Arrival hall).
  • Heathrow Terminal 3 – In front of WHSmith (Arrival hall).
  • Heathrow Terminal 4 – Pick-up point in front of Costa Coffee (Arrival hall).
  • Heathrow Terminal 5 – Pick-up point in front of Costa Coffee shop opposite the flight information board (Arrival hall). For domestic flights, wait by Coffee Giraffe near the domestic arrival gate.

** Refund Policy**

  • Refund will be issued on the following grounds.
  • If the passenger missed the flight and informed us in advance either by phone or by email obtaining cancellation.
  • Booking on all credit/debit card notified 4 hours prior to the actual pick up time.
  • All the cancellations are subject to minimum fee, based on the trip booked.
  • No refund will be issued for following
  • If the passenger books the PHV for wrong date/wrong flight number and other misleading information.
  • If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick up address without informing or contacting Chariot Chauffeurs Bookings.
  • Cancellation : Full charge will apply to any booking if cancelled less than 4 hours before. For journey outside London, 8 hours
  • In case of as directed bookings, minimum 4 hours charge apply
  • Amendments to any booking may be charged, depending on the changes made
